Resolution declaring an Emergency and approving a Change Order to the contract with M&C Fonseca Construction in the amount of $100,300.00 for the replacement of a twelve-inch sanitary sewer line from a manhole at Pecan Street and South Austin Street to a manhole approximately 480 feet towards the Walnut Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant; authorizing the City Manager to execute the change order; and declaring an effective date - Tim Howe, Director of Water/Wastewater Utilities
