NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 5:30pm, the City Council of the City of Seguin, Texas, shall hold a public hearing at Seguin City Hall located at 210 E. Gonzales St., Seguin, Texas 78155 to consider an ordinance in Structural Metals Inc., 1 Steel Mill Drive, for the Texas Enterprise Zone Program. Tax and other incentives may also be discussed at this hearing. At the hearing, interested persons shall be entitled to speak and present evidence for or against the nomination. A copy of this notice shall be published in a newspaper having general circulation in the City not less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the hearing. A copy of this notice shall also be posted at the City of Seguin City Hall at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the public hearing.
