Authorize the City Manager to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement for approximately 55.867 acres of land along the east side of Huber Road, pursuant to an option agreement executed on or about February 27, 2024, between the City of Seguin, Texas and Dennis A. Huber; and to authorize the Legal Department to execute all documents incidental to closing the transaction on or before September 30, 2024, as presented and discussed in Closed Session.
